This study aim describing job motivation, compensation and employee performance in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (Harapan Utama) Lamongan, This kind of research is survey research, The population used is all marketing staff koperasi simpan pinjam (harapan utama) lamongan. Data collection using a questionnaire's technique, The method of data analysis linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation was included in the good category, compensation was included in the good category and employee performance was included in the high category. Work motivation and good compensation have a significant influence on employee performance. The result of this study found that compensation has the most influence on employee performance
